Trust Is Architectural, Not Aspirational

Reporting Hub and BI Genius deploy natively inside your own Azure environment. Your data never leaves your tenant — and no AI-generated insight reaches an external audience without governance.

Built on Microsoft. Governed by design. No third-party hosting. No ungoverned AI.

Security & trust

Enterprise trust, enforced by architecture

Your data never leaves your tenant, and every AI answer that reaches an outside audience has been approved by someone on your team.

Azure-Native Deployment

Reporting Hub runs entirely inside your own Azure tenant. There is no third-party hosting and no data egress — AI inference included. Your security perimeter stays yours.

Identity & Access Control

Integrates with Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, and Auth0. Role-based access and Power BI row-level security govern exactly who sees what — per tenant, per user.

AI Governance & Approval Workflows

BI Genius output reaches external audiences only after your team approves it. No AI-generated summary, narrative, or explanation is published ungoverned.

Explainable AI

Every AI answer shows its source attribution, decision path, and the underlying DAX — intelligence your team can validate, edit, or reject before anyone sees it.

Audit Trails & Version Governance

A system of record for what intelligence was delivered to whom, and when — for analytics and AI alike, with compliance-grade logging on Enterprise+.

Microsoft-Accredited

A Microsoft partner solution deployed through a Microsoft-validated installer, aligned with the Azure and Power BI security architecture you already run.

Questions

Security & Governance FAQs

Does my data ever leave my Azure environment?
No. Reporting Hub deploys into your own Azure tenant and works directly against your existing Power BI workspaces. There is no third-party hosting layer, and BI Genius AI inference also runs inside your environment — prompts and data are not sent to an external service.
How is AI-generated content kept safe to show customers?
BI Genius is governed by design: admin approval workflows gate what AI output can be published, knowledge boundaries control what each agent can reference, and every response is explainable — source attribution, decision path, and the underlying DAX are visible for review.
Which identity providers does Reporting Hub support?
Microsoft Entra ID natively, plus Okta and Auth0 for enterprise SSO. Within the platform, role-based access control and Power BI row-level security determine exactly which reports, pages, and data each external user can see.
Can we produce an audit trail for a regulator or customer dispute?
Yes. Version governance and audit logging create a system of record for what intelligence — visual and AI-generated — was delivered to which audience and when. Compliance-grade AI audit trails are available on the Enterprise+ tier.
