Questions
FAQs
Do I need to provide my credit card?
No, a credit card or any other pre-payment is not required at any point during a free trial
What happens after 30 days?
If you wish to proceed with a paid subscription, simply purchase a subscription in-app via the subscription manager.
If you choose not to proceed your trial will auto-expire after 30 days with no penalty or payment required. You can choose to remove the Azure services if no longer required.
What version of the Reporting Hub is included with the Trial?
All trials are defaulted to a full production-grade Enterprise+ tier. If you wish to trial a different tier, simply ask!
Do I need to install the Azure resources before I run the installer?
No, our installer will install all required Azure resources as part of the guided installation.
You may choose to install Azure resources prior to installation, or select from existing resources, but this is not required.
Why is Global Admin and Subscription owner required to install?
These role requirements are defined and enforced by Microsoft, and cannot be modified by us. The specified permissions are necessary because the user will be installing paid resources within their Azure subscription. These permissions are required by Azure itself and are not specific to the Reporting Hub installer.
What if I need more hands-on support during my trial?
For organizations that need more hands-on help or customized onboarding, check out our Guided Pilot Program for a more supported evaluation experience.
Why do I have to provide grant consent?
You must give the installer application the appropriate temporary permissions to install and configure the resources within your Azure environment. This is standard permission and procedure from Microsoft.
The Reporting Hub installer is Microsoft validated and the grants are not required following installation and can be removed once deployment is completed.
